Ile Administration and Leadership

How to start and Run an Ile, Spiritual House , or Temple

Course Summary

Are you ready to build a spiritual community that is Spiritually Aligned   Legally sound and Organizationally Efficient?

You've answered the call to lead, and you've dedicated years to your spiritual training. But as you step into the role of a leader, you've discovered that running an ilé is about more than just rituals—it’s about people, legal structures, and financial management. Without a solid foundation, even the most dedicated Spiritual Community can face burnout, conflict, and a lack of clear direction.
Many new spiritual leaders are initiated, but find themselves unprepared for the practical challenges of temple management.
This is why we created Ile Administration and Leaderships Program.

This is not a course on spiritual practice; it is a comprehensive blueprint for building a resilient, ethical, and thriving spiritual house or other faith based organization. We will give you the practical tools you need to turn your calling into a sustainable reality.  This course is designed around establishing an African Spiritual House called an Ile. But it can be used for any Spiritual Community or temple  and especially those with African leanings.

An ilé is both a sacred space and a living family, and this course provides the guidance you need to navigate its complexities. We'll move beyond the spiritual basics to focus on the business of building a community—from financial management and conflict resolution to creating a welcoming environment and establishing clear protocols. You'll learn to balance your spiritual duties with your personal life, ensuring your leadership is sustainable, ethical, and respected. This course is your roadmap to creating an ilé that can grow strong, respectful, and lasting for generations.
