Level 2 For Babalawos and Iyanifas in the diaspora

Course Summary

This is for individuals who have undergone Itefa or Ielodu Ifa Initiation. This course is generally Was created for priests initiated through Ori Temple. It is now available for intitiates who were Initiated on the African continent but is not able to train there. It may also be suited for initiates who are no longer under the mentorship of an elder but still would like to train as a priest.
This course is a comprehensive training that will cover many foundational priesthood requirements. Ifa training is for a lifetime so it won’t teach you everything. At the end of this course, you will have covered the following:

Understanding Ifa fundamentals as a priest.
Grasping basic Yoruba and culture.
Learn how to interpret an Odu verse
Learn metaphysical interpretations of Odu
Gain an understanding of  how Odu is interpreted traditionally and how it may show up in the diaspora
Learn how to perform Dafa with an opele and Ikin
Learn  how to determine ebo for Solutions
Explore various Ebo approaches including Ebo riru and Ipese Theoretical foundations ( Full understanding of this mod requires in person direct training.)
How to prepare and apply various Akose and Ifa medicines.
How to perform  Ceremonies as clergy Such as Weddings, Funderals, Esentaye

There will be term papers, regular assessments to check your progress, and demonstrations required to be performed for the course. The course is taught through video lessons , audio lessons, required reading of materials that will be provided. The course is designed to take at least a year to complete. Full training must also include in person participation at scheduled times and will happen as opportunities come up.
